With the Lock down nearly over it is time to look after ourselves again.The importance of minimising stress in our live has never been more important. Lock down has increased stress for many of us.
Through the therapies I offer in Holistic Therapies Dublin and other simple exercises from breathing to energy medicine clients are given extra tools that can be used independent in reducing stress.
If this exercises are used between session( and they are simple and only take a minute or so) people find them amazing,instead of been engulf by stress they now have a way of taking ownership of this aspect of their life with positive outcomes.
